I’m New: What Can I Expect?

In-Person Gatherings:

Thank you for taking the time to visit our Church website. If you are new to the area or are not currently attending Church we would love you to come join us on Sunday mornings at 10:00 AM. Our goal is to help you experience God’s transforming grace. We want you to know that God loves you unconditionally and you have a place to belong.

What are the gatherings like?

Our Sunday services are casual and relaxed, and about 75-90 minutes long. Our Sunday worship involves some modern music and traditional hymns from the stage, an update on upcoming events and a call to worship and a relevant, engaging message – typically from our Lead Pastor Thomas Eng.

What should I wear?

Whatever ya like! Track pants and a sweater or your ‘Sunday best’ – we don’t care, as long as you feel comfortable. Most people dress casually!

To share the same space safely, we are following these guidelines:

Capacity: Physical distancing and registration are no longer required.

Masks: Masks are currently not mandated. However, if you feel more comfortable wearing a mask or face covering during any portion of the service you are welcome to do so.

Kids Ministry: To give our hard working Kids Ministry volunteers a break for the month of August or school aged children will be in the service with their families.  To keep the kids engaged we will have “Kid-Kits” with activity and colouring pages for the children to do during the sermon.  Pastor Thomas will preach a more child friendly sermon.  Our Nursery will still be open for the younger children who are not yet in school.  Our Kids Worship program will return on September 10th.

We have a kids ministry for kids aged 4-11 in the lower level of the Church during the service. Snacks are served during our Kids Ministry experience, please let us know if your child(ren) has food allergies. For families with infants and toddlers, we do have a nursery alternatively the service is simulcast in our foyer where there are couches and toys for you and your family to relax and enjoy the service.

Communion: We often have communion on the first Sunday of the month.

*in the spirit of loving our neighbour, please stay home if you are unwell or experiencing flu-like symptoms*

We are looking so forward to being with you again!
