Our first Water Ministry Outreach will be happening tomorrow night at South Gower fields.  More details inside.  If you are able to help please let Linda Moore know at 258-4463.

The youth will be holding a free car wash at the B&H from 9 AM-3 PM on Saturday August 20th. Donations will be gratefully received and proceeds will support the youth. This fundraiser is a replacement for the car wash that got rained out in June. The youth could really use the help of some tall people to wash the cars (especially trucks and SUV’s).  Our youth and leaders will be back in Kemptville tonight.  Please continue to pray for God’s blessings on them as the weekend winds up and they travel home.

Highlights:

We have some very special guests on Sunday At 10:30 AM.  The Gospel for Asia Puppet Troupe will be preforming a 15 minute puppet show titled “ Through the Window”.  The presentation is done through the eyes of a 9 year old girl who discovers what the ‘real world’ is like for many children in third world countries, and then decides to do something about it.   The troupe is made up of some very talented homeschool kids.  Don’t miss it!!!

Lastly, our youth and leaders will be leaving for Kingdom Bound on Wednesday.  Please keep them in your prayers for safe travel and that they would have a blessed time at Kingdom Bound.

Highlights:

The Church has been donated a beautiful electronic organ.  So that Margaret and Rosalind can play it, it needs to come to the Church from Oxford Station.  We are in need to 2+ guys a and a van or SUV to transport the instrument.  If you are able to help, please contact Susi in the Church office.

Attention youth!  Paperwork needed for Kingdom Bound can be downloaded from the Church website at https://www.ngccfm.ca/youth/  Susi will also have paper copies available on Sunday as well.

Just like last Sunday the kids will be upstairs to give our very hard working Nursery and Kids Worship Teachers a break.  Pastor Liz will have a children’s story and song and there will be quiet activities for them to do during the sermon.
