There is information inside about our weekly Fuel Night as well as some volunteer opportunities that are available in the Church, the Karis Book Club and the upcoming Family Sunday Meal. Check it out! For those who signed up to take part in the Neon Night Fundraiser, Pastor Thomas registered North Grenville Community Church as a team. Registration begins at 5:30 PM on Saturday at Riverside Park in Kemptville. Opening ceremonies start at 7 PM. More information is available on the Neon Night website

The Pastoral Care team is looking for donations of salads and desserts to compliment the pasta lunch that will be served after the service on Sunday. So bring your favourites to share. If there are nuts or other typical allergens in the items that you are bringing, kindly label as such. There will be cake served at Colin & Audrey’s following the baptism.
The Baptism Service will take place at 2 PM at the home of Colin & Audrey Moden. Colin and Audrey have asked us to pass along the following info: We are hosting the Church Baptism service at our house and September 16th. You are invited to bring your swimming clothes and take a dip in our pool after the ceremony.
HOWEVER Our pool is deep, about 1 meter (3 ft) at the shallow end and 2.5 metres (8 ft) at the deep end. Easily enough to drown an adult or a child. This is a private gathering and there will be no lifeguard present. As an adult, you are responsible for yourself, and for any children you brought with you. If you are unsure of your swimming abilities you must stay in your depth, or out of the pool. Let’s all have a good and safe time to look back on. Looking forward to seeing you there, Colin & Audrey

We are giving the very hard working Kids Worship and Nursery Volunteers the month of August and the Labour Day Long Weekend off. To keep the children busy we will have activity bags with a small snack that the kids can work on during the service.

The AC has been repaired, so we will be worshiping upstairs on Sunday.
